NEW FOUND REASONS TO TAKE SOY ISOFLAVONES EACH DAY!
The medical journal, Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Behavior, recently reported that cognitive decline during menopause can be reversed by using soy isoflavones three times a day. The studies show that women using soy isoflavones had improved memory, recall, logical thinking and attention than those women not using concentrated soy. Because soy washes out of the system with 24-36 hours, it is necessary to use soy daily. Scientists say it is not the soy protein found in tofu and tempeh that gives the therapeutic benefit, but two important compounds found within the soybean.
