Vitamin K:75 mg   A bone strengthener and a preventer of osteoporosis, this vitamin  also aids liver functioning and is essential for blood clotting.

Chromium (picolinate) :  120 mcg  Metabolizes glucose needed for the body’s energy, stabilizes blood glucose, maintains healthy cholesterol levels and helps prevent artheriosclerosis.

Copper:   3 mg  As a preventative for osteoporosis, this mineral also helps maintain the nervous system, joints, bones and connective tissue.
